Terms

Listings

Nimto lists events organized by other people. We check listings before they appear, but the organizer is responsible for the event, its tickets and its accuracy. Always confirm details with the organizer before you travel or pay.

Tickets

Nimto doesn’t sell tickets. Ticket links go to the organizer or a ticketing platform, and any purchase is between you and them.

Organizers

By submitting an event you confirm it is real and that you’re allowed to list it. We may edit listings for clarity, and decline or remove any listing. Fake events, sales pitches, and repeated low-quality submissions lead to a ban.

Content

You keep the rights to what you submit and give Nimto permission to display it on the site and in our newsletters and social posts promoting the event.
